Consultancy "Capacity building of AMCP actors involved in the administrative and criminal law enforcement chain to enforce the law and sanction offenders".

Objetive
Strengthen and update the knowledge of key actors involved in law enforcement procedures on administrative infractions and environmental crimes committed in marine and coastal protected areas, with emphasis on public servants from MAATE.

2021 – 2022
Objetive
Develop a national governance model for REDD+, through a solid and participatory process that links the national REDD+ technical team and has its implementation and institutionalization strategy.

Develop a Strategic Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for the PROAmazon program and the Payment by Results project. Develop an Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) for the PROAmazon Program and the Payment by Results project with a comprehensive vision to address both initiatives, each with its own particularities.

Objetive
Establish the necessary links with the SIS to ensure the provision of information from the implementation of the PMAS of the PROAmazon Program and the Payment by Results project.

1) Conduct a feasibility study for the constitution and implementation of the Sustainable Development Fund of the province of Napo.
2) Establish the Sustainable Development Fund for the province of Napo and the Trust Fund for its operation and administration.
3) Implement pilot actions of the Sustainable Development Fund of Napo Province under the Trust.

Objetive
Effectively and without affecting the institutional image of the Ministry of the Environment, contribute to the resolution of social and legal conflicts in the protected areas selected by the SNAP Support Program, through training and methodological-technical accompaniment ("coaching"), thus facilitating and supporting the process of delimitation and demarcation in critical areas.

Joint and participatory analysis of the situation of forests in the constitutional project of Ecuador and as a result of which several recommendations were made to the National Constituent Assembly.

Evaluate the contribution of the sector and related legislation to the fulfillment of the global millennium goals.
